Please note that for appointments made 6pm onwards, you will be collected from the car park
Important note: Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Arrival Policy
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for a continuing consultation, or 30 minutes late for an initial consultation you may not be seen, and will be charged the full consultation fee.
To avoid this please either call, text or email to inform the practice if you're going to be late, need a cancellation or need to reschedule your appointment.
