Important note: Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival and Missed appointments Policy

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for a continuing consultation, or 20 minutes late for an initial consultation you may not be seen, and will be charged the full consultation fee.

​

If you do not attend your appointment you will be charge the full consultation fee.

If any fees are not paid, you will not be able to book any future appointments at the practice until all fees are paid.

To avoid this please either call, text or email to inform the practice if you're going to be late, need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
